How do I add additional items to my reward pledge?
First, thank you so much for your support! There are 3 ways to add on to your pledge.
1) During the Kickstarter campaign, open The Children of Ostara project. If you are already a backer, you will see a green button at the top right of the screen that says “Manage your pledge.” Click that and then you can add on any of the add-on items or stretch goals.
2) After the campaign ends, you will be sent a survey and will get an opportunity to add items and/or change your selections. You can also specify things like which coin and metal finish you want. We will walk you through that process when the time comes. Just know that you will have that opportunity.
3) Between the time the campaign ends and the time we start fulfilling rewards, you will be able to visit our BackerKit preorder store. There you will be able to add items as well. Again, this will be available right up until we lock down the shipping addresses and begin fulfillment.

Can I still get the Limited GOLD Edition of Children of Litha? (And/or the Void/All cards?)
I really hate saying no to people, but the answer is no to the decks, and yes (with a caveat) to the cards.
The GOLD edition of the Children of Litha, with the 2 extra cards, was advertised and sold as “limited edition.” It was my very first deck, first Kickstarter project, I had no following or reputation, so all of those who pledged and bought those decks put their blind faith in me. I cannot betray their trust now. I’m sure you’ll be happy that you got in on the limited edition GOLD Children of Ostara deck down the road, when they are no longer available and therefore, are more valuable.
As far as the two extra cards, the All and the Void, I do have plans to re-release them, though slightly re-imagined, as part of the 4 oracle decks I plan to release as part of the Children of the Wheel series. At that time, I will be producing them in both gold and black editions, so you’ll be able to add them to your collection at that time.
Please understand, I really, really do sympathize that you feel you lost out on the gold Children of Litha and I am honored that you are so persistent in asking for its return. I just implore you to please consider the other side of the issue and how you would feel if you had been one to invest in a limited-edition item, only to have it re-released and therefore, degrading its value.

What color is the card backs for The Children of Ostara?
The card backs for all decks in The Children of the Wheel series, including Ostara, will be the same burgundy color as in The Children of Litha. My intent is to have decks that can be interchangeable and therefore, the backs have to be the same design and color.
However, the deck BOX will be green…so that you can identify each different deck when it’s sitting on your shelf or in your cupboard.
I have had questions about making different color options. As much as I would love to accommodate everyone’s preferences, I just don’t have 1) the money or 2) the space to keep multiple versions of the same deck. Down the road, as my business grows, there might be opportunities to release different colors of the edging or the deck backs. But at this time, I’m just a small time tarot illustrator with very limited resources!
Thank you for understanding!

How much will shipping be?
As you probably already know, we are charging for shipping separately from the campaign, closer to the time we are going to ship. The cost will depend on:
-
The weight and size of the box (which varies depending on what you are getting)
-
Where you are located in comparison to me (which is in Southern California, USA)
-
The time we end up shipping (freight costs change every day for some shippers, especially as fuel costs are so volatile and supply chain issues always play a factor). Just know that I do not add any mark-up, handling, or packaging fees to the shipping cost…that comes straight from the shipper.
-
Which shipping company we use. I will always select the least expensive shipping option unless you specifically tell me to either expedite your shipping or use a specific carrier. For example, we have learned in the past that while UPS is great for shipments within the US and Europe, they are not a good choice for Canada as they charge an additional fee.
Given all those variables, I will be posting some general guidelines so you can get some idea of what you might expect to pay based on what things weigh. I’m working on that and will publish it as an update before the campaign ends.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
